Al Franken resigned today. I’m disappointed in his behavior and I’m disappointed in the political machinations that forced him to resign. He did a lot of good for Minnesota and women, in general.
The future will belong to those who have passion and are willing to work hard to make our country better.
However, I’m grateful to have friends that I can lunch and talk with about sexual harassment and workplace culture and all the shitty things that can happen between people. Men and women can be friends; the pop songs are wrong.
